Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non refundable deposit secures your appointment slot. The remaining balance is due at the end of your service.
What's your cancellation and reschedule policy?
Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations and no shows forfeit the deposit and may require a new deposit to rebook.
How do I book a braids appointment?
Braids appointments are booked separately. Please WhatsApp us to book your braids appointment.
Do you provide hair or extensions?
All prices are hair inclusive. Extensions are included with your service.
How should I prep my hair before the appointment?
Arrive on freshly washed hair with no oils. Wash and detangling services are available if you need them.
Can I bring a friend or child?
Yes, you can bring a friend or child. They will need to stay in the waiting area while your service is in progress.
